Gift Aid is a simple way to boost your donations at no extra cost to you. If your donation is eligible, the Benedictines of Mary will receive an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 you donate. That means we will receive £1.25 for every £1 you give!
Please read the following declaration:
"In ticking the box below, I agree that the information provided on this form is for internal use by the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles only. I confirm that I am paying an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax for each tax year, that is at least equal to the tax all charities & CASCs will reclaim on my donations in the appropriate tax year. I understand that if I pay less income and/or capital gains tax to cover the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give. I agree to notify the Benedictines of Mary if I want to cancel this declaration, change the name or home address given, or if I no longer pay sufficient tax on my income and/or capital gain."
